As someone who had always felt anxious about exercise, with limbs that I had thought to be awkward and weak, I was shown their potential, in terms of flexibility and where my strength could be built.

He possesses an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and the intricacies of how each muscle and tendon works works within a yoga pose. There is never a moment of complacency; we are consistently shown where a stance could be improved or a muscle could be used more effectively.

Jake’s teaching has given me new found confidence, not only through showing me what my body is capable of doing now, but also what it can achieve in the future.
